Learn to Fail

If you want to be good at debating, learn to fail. Learn to fail fast, fail often and, most importantly, learn from failing because no matter how good you are, you will fail over and over and over again and it's how you deal with that failure that defines you as a debater and as a person.

If you want to teach others how to debate, teach them to how to fail.
